6-Week Series: Strong Core, Healthy Back
The abdominal muscles are designed to protect the lumbar spine against disk problems. This series will help you develop awareness and understanding of the structure and function of the core, learn to strengthen the right abs to support your posture and alignment, thus preventing the common source of lower back pain and decrease future problems. All levels welcome.
