The mint family boasts many of herbalists favorite plants. From lemon balm and peppermint to ground ivy and sage, these plant cousins have much in common. In this webinar, clinical herbalist, Margi Flint, will share her over 40 years of experience working with mint family plants and teach you about some of her favorites. You will learn how to identify these magnificent and magical herbs, how to get the most of their medicines, and learn specific indicators for each plant. Story and magic will abound as we travel alongside Margi through the fields of mint.
Margi Flint practices in the seacoast town of Marblehead, Massachusetts and over the past forty years has become their "village herbalist." Margi has been Adjunct Professor at North Shore Community College, The Tufts University School of Medicine and currently at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Pacific Rim College in British Columbia. She lectures in Canada, Europe and the States (so far). Home is feeling comfy; the gardens are beautiful.
Margi has been working with people and herbs since she began her herbal studies in 1974. Margi Flint B. Sc. is a professional member of the American Herbalists Guild~ Herbal Mentor, An Adjunct Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine since 1994, North Shore Community College since 2003 and Mass College of Pharmacy for their Master's program.
How Do I Donate?
Sky House Summer Speaker series classes are hosted by donation. 100% of donations go to the teacher to support their herbal work. The suggested donation range is $10-$20. Recordings will be mailed to all those who donate.
